Fever 102 degrees & headache

Hi doctor, my husband has fever since yesterday & it's almost 102 degrees as well as with headache, we have taken medicine calpol 500 & novomax 500 but still fever has not reduced even headache.. Do we have to wait for another 1 day or fix an appointment..?

• Drink luke warm daily • Steam inhalation twice a day • Drink kadha (Ayurvedic medicine) twice a day • Avoid cold drinks • Avoid Soda(Aerated drinks) • Check SPO2 levels (if less than 94% then get admitted) • STOP SMOKING If you do
