Hello Sir since today cold and fever started sudeen pls advice tablet any age 25 Started using dolo but no use feeling .pls tell any other Shell I take acemiz mr earlier 6 months ago I used else pls suggest other medicine and tips Thanks

If  this cold and fever is one day,  just take simple paracetamol 650mg sos and Tab Levocetrizine 5mg . If does not subside within 4 day, get your tests done. And start some simple antibiotic.
