Hello Doctor, I am Ranjana, 31 years old, 66 kg, and currently 3 months pregnant. All my ultrasound scans have been normal so far. Since yesterday, I’ve been having a fever (up to 101.2°F), along with headache and body pain—symptoms similar to viral fever. My husband also had viral fever recently. I have taken 500 mg paracetamol three times at 6-hour intervals, but the fever keeps returning after some time. Could you please advise if I can take any antibiotic (name) or suggest any other safe treatment?
