I’ve had a fever ranging from 101-103.2 for a day with severe chills, abdominal/chest pain, abdominal pain on right side when walking, full headache, cannot see anything but stars when I first stand up, unbalanced, dull sore throat, muscle cramps/stiffness, dull back pain.
