Fetus pulsating in womb 31 weeks

I'm 31weeks +3 days since two days baby is kicking fine but I could feel like a pulsating or heartbeating kind of feeling  in my stomach left side. Is this normal

In fact half the time our patients don't know the difference between the stomach and the abdomen. I am afraid it could be the same case now also. Please consult a Gynaecologist for further evaluation and information.
