Fetal pole and cardiac activity

As per LMP I am 7 weeks 1 day pregnant but the sonography report shows 5 weeks 4 days. The GSD is a0.76 cm yolk sack noted. Fetal pole and cardiac activity is not seen yet. No Evidence of subchrionic hemorrhage is seen. Internal os is closed. Small intrauterine gestational sac corresponding. Please help me I am unable to understand the meaning. Asked to do follow up after 1 week. Please help!! Thank you.

You are positive for pregnancy. Ultrasound is showing probable delay in conception compared to ur dates. You will need follow up scan after 8-10days. Ideally by then heart beat should appear

It can be wrong LMP or delayed conception .. go with scan report it vll guide u correctly
