Bilateral Fetal hydronephrosis is seen in left side kidney measure 9 mm. What to do ? Should we continue the pregnancy?

Bilateral hydronephrosis is not an indication for termination of pregnancy dear. U can follow up serially with ultrasound reports. It will mostly resolve. Not to worry.
