Felt down and hit head backside in cot

My kid felt down and hit back side heavy in wood cot at day before yesterday. After that yesterday and today she is playing , eating as usual but now she is touching her head , she feels some pain there. Is that dangerous anything ?

Dear parents,          Swelling & pain can be matter of concern, PL consult a Paediatrician near by. Till than give syrup flexon one teaspoon ful thrice a day.
