Yesterday I fell down at floor.after that I am have body pain on my leg and shoulder.and I feel nausea and vomiting.head pain is not there.my I had no injury on my head

Did u just slipped,or loss of consciousness,,,did u vomit after fall....got up on ur own n able to walk....if all yes n u feel ok ...then just take pain killers ...

At what time did you fall down? Did you lose consciousness? Did you have vomiting after the fall? Were you able to get up on your own or had to be helped? Are you able to walk without support?
