There is severe pain in my left foot heel. After walking a 1 km the heel bone pains a lot.I am diabetic too but under control and age 46 yrs.

Hello possible causes like diabetic neuropathy Vit b 12 deficiency Osteoporosis Trauma Deep vein thrombosis should be ruled out consult physician for further evaluation and treatment I hope this helps to solve your problem.
