Feels pointed pain several parts of body

Suffering from pointed pain here and there that is comes and goes ..sometimes feels mild pain in chest left hand right hand...but that pain comes and goes..what should I do..Do I need any type of checkup to check what is the problem

it can be due to acidity related problems.....better to get an ecg done 1st.....n show the report for consultation.....
