Feeling weakness since 1 year

I am suffering from weakness, dizziness, nausea and body ache since last 1 year. There is a feeling of general weakness and dizziness for the whole day. Have been tested for thyroid, B12, typhoid but all tests are negative. Kindly suggest how to proceed forward.
