1st u need to get 7-8 hrs of sound sleep daily.so u will feel fresh nxt day. for yr good bowel movements u need to drink more water, 8-10 glasses of water in a day, may be more if yr work requires u to go out of yr cabin for longer period of time.eat more greens, fruits n fiber containing food, avoid all kinds of junk food,still have problem then take 1-2 teaspoonful of isabgul or husk.For weakness u need to increase yr protein in take, like eggs n dry nuts n milk.
