I am feeling weakness and leg pain from yestarday night what is the reason behind this is it due to any deficiency in my body how to boost it ?

Plenty of fluid......rest......good nutrition should be taken. If any other symptoms noted ...you should consult.

Good morning -Weakness and leg pain can be due to many reasons -Since you are experiencing it since yesterday Its most likely you must be tired - Do you have any other symptoms/ problems along with this like fever - Do you history of any other diseases / health conditions / regular medications - For now you can take Tab Dolo 650 ( as and when required maximum 2 to 3 times a day) for leg pain And can improve quality of diet by eating healthy food ( eg Egg if you are non vegetarian) - You can add multivitamin and calcium supplements too - If you still have unresolved symptoms You need to consult further for a detailed evaluation and treatment

May be because of more fluid loss in high temp , well hydrated with dahi/ lassi/ chach/ lemon shikanji Avoid spicy food

Yes there is rise in temperature which leads to dehydration and certain loss of elements in sweat. So add coconut water twice a day in your routine. Maintain hydration
