Feeling weak in the muscles

2021-11-10 16:15:00
I have recently lost weight (10-15kgs) using a low carb diet over a period of 6 months. I have been feeling little weak in my muscles, but my calcium and vitamin D levels continue to remain above requisite levels. How can I regain strength?
