Feeling weak and nausea

From past 7 days I feel very weak and I am not liking to do even basic house works. I dont have any pain anywhere but a constant feeling of uneasiness and feeling that I am not well nausea and all. i don't feel good.i took loose medicine from a local doctor 2-3 times but nothing is working please help me with a good medicine for this problem.
