Feeling weak and feverish all the time

I am suffering from weakness and feeling feverish since 2.5 years sometimes for 1 or 2 months I feel healthy or may be 3 5 months but catches typhoid on regular basis I took multiple injections of monocef. Please suggest what to do. I was also diagnosed with COVID 19 in 2020.
