Feeling tired at morning. Not able get up early at the morning. If I get up also I'm feeling to slp little more. Back pain n shoulder pains will be there. After I woke up the pain will be not there.

you just need to have high protein diet and lots of greens , vegetables and fruits.
alternatively you can take one multivitamin supplement.
