Feeling Uneasy mild burning in side chest and head today didn't take any medicine since morning couldn't sleep in night due to same problem , also yesterday night  I vomited delibratedly because chest burning , will all medicin I was also taking kada ayurvedic Pls advise me , what to do BP normal 78/118 pulse 84 , urine clour white , stool normal body temperature is 98-99

Could be gastritis...any habit of alcoholism or smoking?..if so avoid it..avoid spicy food for few days... Have tab.pan d once daily before food for 3 days...and tab.ondonsetron 4mg 5min before food for 1 day... Ur Bp must have been 118/78...if so, ..all these r normal.. Consult if symptoms persist ..or if u have fever , green coloured vomiting , yellowish eyes...
