Hi! I understand how this can be a very difficult time for you. However, what you're going through can be addressed. It is essential that having these concerns and issues doesn't make you stupid. There has to be some reason or experience that has caused you to feel this way, and the same must be explored. This can be done in a therapeutic setting. Therapy is extremely important in order to understand the root causes of what you're feeling. Meanwhile, you can also consider activities like journaling. Try and write down what you feel when you feel stressed or anxious. When you do so for many days, it can help you understand what you're going through, and might also assist in highlighting the activities that trigger such feelings in you.
