My friend telling me I am in huge depression . Last 5 years and I am always failed again an again , how did I know I am depression or not

HI. When you're happy, smiing, joking a lot, breaking rules little bit you're okay. If your near and dear one keeps on missing your cheerful presence  its not good. Enjoy everything here and now. Be atrentive to surroundings and to your inner world nonjudgementally.
