Feeling Spine shiftedness

I am sportsperson n also practice boxing and martial arts.  Past 6 mnths am feeling imbalance in my spine as it has beesn shifted towards a little bit . Also had an Xray of it but it shows normal but am actually feeling it as shifted towards left side and also feeling imbalance in pelvic bone. I aslo have an anterior pelvic tilt does it relates with it. Is it a serious problem? As in xray didnt showed it as such. What should i do? Whom should i consult

Dear as you are in contact sports  there high chances of secroiliac (pelvic joint) problem and becouse of it you may have feeling of imbalance. You have to visit any  PHYSIOTHERAPIST who have knowledge of spinal manipulation he will help you to correct it. Or meet good Chiropracticner he will help you.

you can check your self also with the help of standing  photographs of your  in minimal clothes clicking by some one else . and check your shoulders, nipples,pelvis level. it should be at same line. maintain correct posture , do core exe.
