Feeling sleepy and tired after eating

I feel sleepy and tired after eating food. This started infecting covid 19 and after that it is regular activities in my body. It is a sign serious effect of covid 19 or post covid symptoms.

Feeling sleepy after food is due to production of serotonin during digestion of food. To prevent postmeal drowsiness, it's better to eat a balanced diet containing vegetables, grains and good fats to provide continuous energy. Drink lots of water and limit your sugar intake. Eating smaller meals but more frequently can also help preserve energy so you don't feel drowsy after food.
