Feeling sever pain in lower abdomen

Sir This is regarding since last few days, I am feeling sever pain in lower abdomen. I was consulted with gynecologist but they found nothing. I am getting untorrable crumps in my stomach. Is it pain of appendix or any thing else? I am having gallbladder stone also and max size of stone is 9.5 mm.
