Feeling sad and depressed

I have been feeling sad and depressed. Having lack of concentration, fear of going out/meeting somebody, butterfly stomach, no interest in anything, feeling lethargic, anxiety and restlessness. Don't want to do any household routine.These symptoms are strong in the morning. Presently I am taking medicine Petril 0.5mg 1-1, Cap VenigXR 37.5 1-1.
