I am feeling off balance & dizzy most of the time while walking.. I have taken  vertigo medicine for 7 days, b12 level is 417 ng/ml, cervical xray came out normal, still feeling very dizzy and unsteady while walking

Hi Dizziness which is persistent definitely needs to be evaluated in detail. There can be several conditions which cause these symptoms including ENT and neurological issues. History of the symptoms in detail along with clinical examination and Clinical vestibular tests/ electronystagmography (ENG) will help in the diagnosis.
