I feel like something struck in my throat. I do not have fever cold or fever. This comes and goes and is since 2 years. What could be the problem ? I also feel some pain in the throat area not always. Slight difficulty when eating. No visible redness or white spots in oral cavity. Tried Azithromycin 500 mg once daily recently with doc advice but problem still persists. Kindly help.
