Feeling of failure and loser

Hi doctor , I don't know how to share this but ill still try . I lost my mother 4 months back and my father hospitalised due to covid for 15days at the same time. My company partner ran away during the start of this year . Got almost killed by a stranger and got an unawarded graduation coz of some college politics. Tried to suicide 2yrs back and feeling like a sore loser . Struggling hard and being absolutely unproductive. Feeling sick emotionally, physically, creatively, professionally. Everything feels really messed and i started having nervous tremors recently. Dont know where do i belong ?
