Feeling of being worthless

I've been feeling quited distracted and been losing interest in almost everything. I seem to care less about things yet there would be a guilt feeling in me. I feel tired I feel like a nuisance to everyone.I don't know what's wrong and I hope it's not depression.

It's not depression, talking about your distraction and loosing interest in anything, try changing your daily routine. Try meditating twice a day to gain focus which will help you ignore any other negative feeling. It's better you try getting a hobby or make friends sharing the same interest.
