Feeling Numbness and tingling in legs

Feeling Numbness, tingling and cold in both legs from past 2 days. Heavy feel in legs and hands when in same position. In sleep also same feeling and sleep getting disturbed.

Hello sir. It may be due to a problem called restless leg syndrome , which is common and very treatable. However,  a detailed evaluation is necessary to be sure.

U can try multivitamins for now..especially B complex But if symptoms persist u definitely need evaluation to rule out any neural or vascular problem
