Nausea and pain abdomen can persist for 2-3 weeks in typhoid. A part of this can also be due to the antibiotic course the child received in addition to the disease itself.

Nausea in typhoid lasts for more than 2weeks To reduce that you can use tab domperidone Other measures like Giving less nauseus food Like bread and jam Fruits ,yogurt,boiled potatoes gonna help

To control Nausea - Give Syrup Domstal 5ml thrice daily before 30mins to food for 2 days

I think you need to give some time to recover. Come back again after 2 days. Give him fruits and water
