I think you need to give some time to recover. Come back again after 2 days. Give him fruits and water

Hello ma’am/sir, After typhoid and urine infection treatment, children commonly feel weakness, occasional nausea and headache for a few weeks. This is normal post-infection recovery phase. Right now please ensure: • good hydration • light homemade food • proper sleep and rest If he is otherwise active between episodes, it is reassuring. However, if fever comes back, vomiting increases, child becomes dull, or symptoms are getting worse — he should be examined in person. Nausea in typhoid lasts for more than 2weeks To reduce that you can use tab domperidone Other measures like Giving less nauseus food Like bread and jam Fruits ,yogurt,boiled potatoes gonna help

To control Nausea - Give Syrup Domstal 5ml thrice daily before 30mins to food for 2 days
