I am lazy guy and last 10 days heavy workouts in gym Cant walk right now can run right now so please tell me what is the problem

Give rest to your muscles. Apply ice . And don't go for  exercise now. Can do relaxation and breathing exercise. Check with your local physio if there is any trigger points or muscle tightness.
