Feeling itching & mild pain in eyes

I am feeling itching & mild pain in both the eyes since few days. I had my eye check a month ago & I have spects since long. After working on computer, I feel drowsy and feel headache too.

It might be due to computer vision syndrome or maybe due to improper glasses. Use lubricant eye drops. Get your refraction done once again.

While working on computer, Every 20 mins take a break for 20 seconds and look at a distant object that is atleast 20 feet away.
