Hello,
First know the cause fot your constant hunger.Check your blood sugars,
thyroid.
Your diet should be in small amounts at regular intervals of 1 1/2 - 2 hrs regularly.Have lots of vegetable salads and fruits with buttermilk or lime juoce in between meals.
Avoid junk foods ,fried foods,fatty foods.Have 2- 3 almonds or walnuts daily.
Do regular exercise for atleast half an hour daily.
