Hi, I'm suffering from cold and cough since last 1 week and feel very tired and feverish. I took cetrizine tablets from pharmacy which did not worked well for me. Please suggest me what should I do to get rid of the illness.

take tab. Sinarest 2 times a day, Warm saline gargles ,plenty of fluids.for 3-5 days
