Feeling fatigue and fast heart rate.

I am feeling fatigue and fast heart rate in the morning headache sometimes in night. I did medical abortion on 31 december 2020 and also got periods in 2nd February. No pain or fever.

Hello Need a proper clinical examination and basic blood tests to rule out few causes leading to these symptoms Would recommend to consult a physician to rule out anemia and thyroid issues
