Feeling faint, and head weight

Dear Doctor, I am feeling faint n some disturbance in forehead part from last 4-5 days. Feeling head weight. This feeling is there almost whole day. Please help me to get rid of this problem Thanks and Regards, Savita Allipur

Sounds like sinusitis. Do you also have sensations of nose block or stuffy nose? And what about headache or hearing trouble? Blocked ear? Ringing in ears?

Needs clarification on the history. Need information about Comorbid history and about any other symptoms present at this time,  this could be even because of sinusitis as well as migraine. Is the sleep pattern changed?
