Hello Practo user,
The symptoms you mentioned above are the indicators of clinical depression but to reach any conclusion a detailed history of the case is required. Since these symptoms have been for quite a long time , a professional would better be able to guide you through it. There must be events that have led you to think and feel like this. Those events need to be discussed in detail. Sometimes, lonliness and emotions make your outlook of the problem cloudy that is where a clinical psychologist comes into the picture and helps you clear those clouds. You need to stay connceted with your friends; whats app or call them. Talk to them about your day. Maintain a diary and write 3 positive and 3 negative thoughts. Try to diffuse these negative thoughts through logical reasoning and include some physical activities during the day.
