Feeling difficulty in breath

For the last one week, I am having sudden fluttering feeling in middle of chest bone area and pressure while breathing and feeling faint, mostly after eating or doing some work. No cough but sometimes, feel like coughing. Also having back pain and unable to stand stiff.

can be because of acid reflux or can be just anxiety. need further evaluation of symptoms and also need to have a chest xray and ecg done.consult a pulmonologist as soon as possible. take care!
