No... Please never start, stop, or start again any Psychiatric medication without proper Psychiatric Consultation and prescription. These are not like Paracetamol tablets for fewer. They take time to reach your brain and also take time to wash out completely from your brain/body. These medication are meant to correct the neuro-chemical imbalance caused by various factors/conditions. This needs to occur under strict medical supervision under a Psychiatrist. Counselling/Psychotherapy works much better on issues like Anxiety.
