Hi... Yes, there are a group of doctors/scientists that are concerned about the negative effects of vaccines world-wide but their concerns are being investigated and not yet being accepted by the expert health agencies/authorities. In a crisis, like we encountered in 2020, maintaining faith in authorities (health, etc.) is essential to save lives and further chaos. Not choosing for vaccination may have increased the death rates to a great extent. Choosing vaccination did saved lives. It may have caused some side effects but it was necessary. Now it is best to keep our physical and mental health is order and also try not to over do it. Try to follow a healthy routine in terms of proper and timely meals, sleep, exercise, and breathing/meditation. Do not try to overexert yourself, physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, financially. It will only cause stress and harm. Just try to live a healthy life and have faith in God. Peace is the ultimate goal and not pleasure. But peace always comes out as an outcome not just by targeted efforts.
