Last month I have undergone angiography and got to know that my heart is blocked 40percent ,but when I use stairs or hold even 2kg 3kg of weight ,I feel some one is contracting my heart very tightly and feel anxious. What can I do for it? Also if my heart is only 40percent why I m feeling so much of this

Your heart is not block 40%, it is blood vessel of heart is block 40%..for that cardiologist only gives medications.. Rest is your anxiety. Don't worry nothing will happen..
