I am 20 . From 2 days I am feeling like burning in stomach and neck.please suggest me medicine so that I can get rid of it.

You can take sucrafil o syrup, 5ml 3 times a day before food for 5 days. tab gelusil 3 times a day after food for 5 days tab pan 40 morning and night before food.
Health Tips
Avoid oily spicy processed and outside food items. Take adequate water. Avoid bulky meals after 5 pm. Regular exercise and walking.
