Can cow milk be given to 1 month baby besides mother milk? Or formula feeds is only suggested please tell

Cow milk is strictly prohibited for less than 1 year old baby and never advised for such small baby of 1 month  Formula feeds should be also avoided. Breastmilk is the best milk to give your baby. Try giving exclusive breastfeeding every 2 hourly till 6months of age.
