Feeding problem

My baby is 3 months old, she is moaning while feeding, and frequently avoiding suckling. I fear she has stomach pain. Minutes after feeding she spitscurd. Please suggest.

you give colicaid drops .3 ml bid to reduce the grunt give the baby a good hot water bath and take her to airy atmosphere if you are living in falts if things persists you take a ultrasound abdomen show it to your family doctor thank you
