Hello...sorry for the delayed response.I understand your concerns. from the brief description you gave above difficult to come to a conclusion.the symptoms are suggestive of phobia or motion sickness.
Start travelling for short distances initially like one hour in the weekends to your relatives or friends place...later gradually you can increase to 3 hours and then 5 hours. It may take few months to get rid of this fear.
I suggest you take an antiemetic before travelling that will reduce your anxiety of vomiting.
Then you can also think if I am going to vomit also nothing is going to happen it's happens to many .
