Hi... Please visit a Gynaecologist first to rule out any physiological cause. I have worked on such issues and working on one such case even now.
I believe this is more psychological. What is happening is that your mind is generating a false alarm (panic response) to a natural process of intercourse considering it a threat.
This panic response is basically a freeze response which is part of our animal brain which used to work in our defence when we used to live in jungles and there were real physical threat of a predator. Therefore we have this fight, flight, or freeze responses. Some predators do not eat a dead meat, hence a freeze response used to save our lives sometimes. You might have seen birds demonstrating a freeze response when they get hit.
This panic response can be altered using a combination of relaxation techniques and counselling. Systematic Desensitisation and Hypnosis may also yield good results.
