Fear of getting pregnant without sex

I am really paranoid about getting pregnant without having sex. A few days back I used a tissue to clean my vagina and private parts. Later I discovered that there was a cockroach on the tissue which must have come from the drain. Is there any possibility of the cockroach having carried sperm from the drain to the tissue and is there any chance of me getting pregnant because of it? An answer from a doctor will help in reassuring me and reducing my fear. Please do help.
