Hi, from what little you have said, it seems you are having anxiety due to the recent stress.
If it is just restricted to anxiety on being alone, it may be a passing phase. Try to keep yourself busy, do daily exercise, try Yoga, breathing exercises to calm yourself. Eat healthy and drink adequate water and sleep at least 8 hours . Talk to a trusted friend or relative( parent) and vent your feelings. Try to visualise your future in a positive way and rid yourself of the negative thoughts about the past relationship. If you are unable to do this on your own or if you have increasing anxiety and affected sleep , appetite or mood issues do visit a Psychiatrist. You can easily come out of this with one or two sessions of counseling. Hope this helps, All the Best!
