Depression makes a person sensitive and irritable to things which they were able to tolerate before and lead to interpersonal problems. Depression reduces the confidence, concentration and ability to focus  on things. Post delivery period is vulnerable for depression. V would need to know few more details like ur sleep, hunger, energy levels, interest etc to give appropriate suggestions. Ur problems can easily be treated with counselling and if needed medications. You should eat healthy food, fix it daily schedule. Try meditation. Lie down straight on bed, close eyes, breath deeply. Concentrate from head to toe for 10-15 mins.
